What are the side-effects of regular massage?

 

You may experience stiffness for 24 hours after a massage (much like after you exercise), if your body is not accustomed to bodywork. We suggest that you drink extra water to help your system to overcome this. Should you have other symptoms, we encourage our clients to call our Center for assistance and recommendations.
